Every family wants to stay healthy so that they can concentrate on their career related activities. Generally, every one of us knows what is the important factor for family fitness. The answer is “food served”. Yes, food cooked by the cook (mother, wife and cook etc.) should be hygienic and should be nutritious for family fitness.
So, to keep all the members of family healthy it is important to educate the cook of the family so that balanced diet is served to whole members so that family fitness level will be maintained. It is better to train the cook to let him/her know how nutrients of food can be preserved and how cooking can be done in the most hygienic way.
It is the good habit to keep the kitchen clean by using different methods available. Using pesticides can be one among them. Food should be covered so that it won’t be polluted and remain edible.
Thus it can be said that main person responsible for family fitness is the cook of the family. So it’s better to make cook expert in cooking by training, educating and giving different lessons to them.
