Fist of Fitness: The Battle To fight obesity

Do you feel defeated? Cause people taunt you for obesity. Then you should remember what legend Bruce Lee said, “Defeat is a state of mind; No one is ever defeated until defeat has been accepted as a reality.”  In order to attain your desired physical fitness, you need to attain inner peace. You need to start from the basics.

Get rid of your fitness equipment.  Wake up early, start running outside. You will boost your confidence by your own. Don’t think about muscle building. Care more about exercise & fitness. Eat healthily rather than starve for diet. Your initial approach to your health and fitness will lead your way to build your body. If you feel fear for failure, remember, “A goal is not always meant to be reached, it often serves simply as something to aim at.”

For women, who have to take care of their family, they have to think their own & family fitness, as women’s fitness always get blended with their family. Find a purpose for your life and declare a holy war against obesity. Your life fitness depends on you.
