    The body needs essential nutrients to keeps us healthy and strong.Most of the times the food that we take are rich in carbs and cholestoral , without any good nutrients resulting in lifestyle diseases like Cancer,Hypertension,Diabetes etc.

    Most of these diseases can be prevented by having a nutrient rich diet and leading an active lifestyle.Leafy greens and vegetables are an essential source of vitamins which is important for our fight against diseases and fights against aging they also provide us with essential fibres which is good for metabolism.Fish, meat,eggs,milk and milk products are an important source of proteins which helps us in muscle growth .To keep our skin supple and detoxify the body we should always have plenty of water cuopled with loads and loads of citric fruits like oranges,lemons.
