GOUT and the food to avoid with it

    When uric acid form crystal in joints and tissues, it will cause pain and swelling in joints. Gout typically occurs if you have high levels of uric acid in your blood.

    Food avoid with GOUT
    Organ and glandular meats
    Asparagus, cauliflower, mushroom
    Oatmeal, wheat bran and wheat germ
    Red meat
    Salmon, herring, mackerel, prawn
    Anchovies (ikan bilis), sardines, fish roe
    Cockles, mussels, scallops
    Spinach, peas
    Strawberries (& strawberry jam)
    Durian
