    I have found the description of interesting system recently. To lose weight it is necessary to pass to fractional food, to eat food of 4 – 5 times a day. Prompt, someone already used this system?


    You can lose your weight by following a strict diet plan. If you are heavier then 100KGs then you just need to follow DR Dixit’s diet plan which you can search on google. It’s a very effective diest plan otherwise you can eat so many products on which have no calories or carbs. I hope my advice could be useful to you. All the best for the future.
