New rules passed by Indian aviation ministry on May 2018, passengers will get the following benefit. If a flight ticket will be cancelled within 24 hours from booking time, no fine will be charged . But the ticket booked before 96 hours of the flight time, this benefit is not available. If the flight delayed more than 4 hours because of the fault of flight company, then passengers will be get refunded by the ticket amount. If the flight waited at the runway with the passenger in more than one hour, want to arrange food and water for passenger and if delayed for 2 hours want to allow passenger to come out.
