Indian Aviation rule for flight Penalty as on May 2018.

New rules passed by Indian aviation ministry on May 2018, passengers will get the following benefit. If a flight ticket will be cancelled within 24 hours from booking time, no fine will be charged . But the ticket booked before 96 hours of the flight time, this benefit is not available. If the flight delayed more than 4 hours because of the fault of flight company, then passengers will be get refunded by the ticket amount. If flight delayed for more than one day , it is the responsibility of the flight company to arrange food and accommodation for the New rules passed by Indian aviation ministry on May 2018, passengers will get the following benefit. If the passenger did not receive the connected flight because of the delay of first flight, the first flight company responsible to pay compensation to the passenger. If the flight waited at the runway with the passenger in more than one hour, want to arrange food and water for passenger and if delayed for 2 hours want to allow passenger to come out.
