Jogging on sand.

    Hi, I’m a jogger. Usually I go once every two days jogging along the boardwalk for 10k. Unfortunately it is know under construction. Then I started jogging at the beach. There is very soft sand here and I’m just not sure if running on soft ground is supposed to be good or bad for my legs. What do you think?


    No doubt. It is way better than running on ground or road beacuse on sand you need more power for running and because of this, It will increase your stamina and it will not hurt your legs as well!
