    Daily workout keeps your body fit and healthy. Keep in mind while exercising please don’t have soft drinks or energy drinks. Hydrate your body during the workout by drinking pure water. Your body will burn the glucose from the soft drink first, before starting to burn body fat.

    Eat food after an hour. So the best practice I suggest is to drink water, perform breathe in breathe out exercise and get fresh up.
    Have carbohydrate food such as bread, sugar, and grain-based food this will accelerate your metabolism. If you want to burn more fats have pasta, beans, rice, peas. Stick to fruit and fluids during that hour, but avoid beer.
