I am from a small family of north Asian country Nepal. This is the country where we can find many herbs and shrubs that actually affect the fitness of any person. Despite many herbs and shrubs, ginger is considered to be the super food for super training.
This flowery plant indigenous to South Asia contains powerful anti-inflammatory aggregates called gingerly, which have been shown to reduce the formation of free radical nitric oxide when it promotes inflammation, and to inhibit the development of inflammatory compounds. Ginger has been shown to be effective against exercise-induced muscle pain. In one study, consuming 2 grams of ginger per day, for 11 days, significantly lessened muscle pain in people performing angle exercises. Ginger does not have an important influence but may be efficient at reducing the day-to-day progression of muscle pain.
Hence, for thousands of years, ginger has been used for the treatment of innumerable ailments due to its powerful therapeutic and preventive effects. It has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antioxidant, and anti emetic properties and it is very beneficial for fitness of any person.

Hi, I live in a small village in Nepal. In our village, we drink ginger tea. Here we mix some lemon and honey in tea and we drink. This tea is very good in the winter season.
