Example: Mountain climber for 20 seconds then rest for 10 seconds (stand still) squat jumps for 20 seconds then rest for 10 seconds (stand still) that’s 1 min now just repeat that 3 more times for a total of 4 mins, you can do different types of body weight exercises as long as you keep it for 4 mins and doing the intervals correct.

  12. I have learned some new exercises from this article! I will definitely add the bucks jump to my exercise schedule.

This is just my opinion: I do feel that exercising every day is detrimental to your fitness as your muscles need some time to recover. E.g. doing the same muscle group every day (Such as abs exercise). I feel that you should rest at least 1-2 days/week to let your muscles recover and build up.

I also feel that should you want to do exercises every day, you should do alternate muscles group different days. Such as if you train your abs on Monday, you can do another muscle group on Tuesday (Such as Isolated Glute training).

For running, I alternate my running for 6 days. I will do HIIT on Monday and long jogs on Tuesday and repeat the pattern till Friday. Sunday is my rest day!
