How to build your body slim and healthier

In this post  i will show you  How can you achieve a slim body ?  So need to follow some steps .

Without following these  you can not get slim body .

1st step : Show Up :
Most people are scared to make a start on losing weight because they think they’re gonna fail, or they don’t know where to start. Just show up, and try some stuff. If you fail, show up again. And if you fail again, show up again.
And remain relentless with your approach to showing up. Look – the more things you try to improve your lifestyle, weight, health, appearance, energy levels, the closer you are to succeeding. Taking action on your problems (even in the face of uncertainty) means showing up and doing something.
And that’s rule number one. You have to be willing to show up and do what needs to be done. (even if you don’t know what you’re doing!)

2nd step:Give To Your Health First:

We all want our body to look a certain way, and our health to be a certain way. But we will never have it until we first GIVE to our health.
What I mean by this is, first we must exercise, and then our body will get stronger and more energised. And first we must change our diet, and then our body will get slimmer. Not the other way around.
We sometimes have expectations that are unrealistic. And the only reason they are unrealistic is because we aren’t doing enough giving.
This is an act of self love. When you love yourself enough to take care of your body everyday, and give your body everything it needs, you will receive the benefits of health as a result of that.
Get used to giving to your health first, and as a result you will receive health and a toned, slim, energised body.

I have not much time in my hand at this moment , For that reason I can’t  discuss it broadly .So its  very initialing stage you just follow these above steps .
